I am expected to have the happiest day of my life today.

I will be standing in front of a judge in a few hours, and he will declare me and the guy of my dreams husband and wife, until death does us part. This day is all I could have imagined, even with a few setbacks.

There is just one issue:

There is a person who does not want me to live long enough to exchange vows.

And they might get their wish if I’m not careful.
