To qualify for a return:

Please Note:
Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged or received in poor condition.
We do not accept returns for:

🚚 Shipping Fee Policy
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Exception: If we fail to meet our Speedy ($6.99) or Lightning Fast ($14.99) delivery commitments, the shipping fee will be refunded.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

- The wrong book or incorrect product
You are eligible for a free exchange.

Exchange Process:
- Pack the item securely in the original packaging (if available).
- Ship it back via USPS to the address provided.
- Once received and verified, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.
📚 Bulk Orders
For bulk purchases:
- Exchanges are available only for damaged items.
- We will replace only the damaged quantity, not the entire order.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:
